XChange: event poet
In 2024, I was the event poet at XChange. XChange is an event for local policy makers and organisations around LGBTQIA+ policies.Â
I followed the whole day and wrote a poem to summarize the day, which was part of the closing ceremony. You can read the text and watch the aftermovie through the link.
LGBTQIA+ personnel policy
From 2022 until 2024 I worked for the local government of the city of Ghent, where I deverloped the LGBTQIA+ personnel poilicy.
