In 2025, I was the event poet at a conference about trans and non-binary people at work. I followed the conference, wrote a summarising poem and performed it at the end of the day.

In 2024, I was interviewed by the Brussels Times as a DEI expert in an article about puberty blockers and the political debate around it.

In 2024, I was interviewed as an LGBTQIA+ expert in an article about demisexuality to explain what it is and why labels exist.

XChange: event poet

In 2024, I was the event poet at XChange. XChange is an event for local policy makers and organisations around LGBTQIA+ policies. 

I followed the whole day and wrote a poem to summarize the day, which was part of the closing ceremony. You can read the text and watch the aftermovie through the link.

Interview as DEI policy maker

In 2023, I was interviewed by Politico about my work as a DEI policymaker at the city of Ghent. We talked about the LGBTQIA+ personnel policy I developed and how that lands in the political climate.

In Corona times, 2021, I was invited to perform at a theatre in Kortrijk and was interviewed about being an artist in these weird times.

In 2021, I opened the first physical gender shop in Belgium. People could come for advice and buy gender-affirming wear like binders and prosthetics.

In 2020, I was interviewed by Vice about the Safer Space Manifesto. This was an organisation and manifesto I founded back in 2019, and helped many organisations to find a starting point in building safer spaces.
